(1) The State Government may establish and maintain training Training. centres in the State for providing courses of instruction in the prevention and extinguishment of fire for the personnel of any Fire Service and private services of industries, hotels, multi-storied buildings and such other Government and non-Government establishments as which the State Government may specify. (2) The State Government may extend the training facilities at such centres to be established under sub-section (1) to the fire service under the control of local bodies and industrial undertakings on payment of fees as may be prescribed. (3) The State Government may prescribe such fee and such procedure as it may deem fit for providing a course of instruction in the prevention and extinguishment of fire. 11-14 Requirement for fire prevention and life safety measures.
