(1) In the case of an undertaking, which vests in the State Government under this Act, it shall be lawful for the State Government to transfer the to the State Electricity Board, if the State Electricity Board is willing to as such transfer. Such transfer shall be on such terms as may be mutually age upon. (2) On such transfer all rights and liabilities of the State Government in respect of the undertaking shall be the rights and liabilities of the State Electricity Board.
