Every order or direction made or issued under this Act shall as far as may be, be served in the manner prescribed in section 53 of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910. 38[13. (1) On the commencement of this Act in that part of the State of Bombay to which it is extended by the Bombay Electricity ( Special Powers) (Extension and Amendment) Act, 1958, the Saurashtra Electricity ( Special Powers) Act, 1953, shall stand repealed.
