No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Commission or Selection Committee or the search committee, any member, officer or employee of the Commission or Selection Committee for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder.
