(1) The Commission may, of its own motion within one year or on an application made to it by a licensee within six months from the date of the final order, modify or revoke the final order. (2) The Commission shall, before making an order under sub- section (1), give a notice of not less than thirty days to the licensee to show cause as to why the final order may not be modified or revoked. (3) The Commission may, after considering the reply of the licensee to the notice modify or revoke the final order and inform the licensee of its decision.
