The State Government may provide financial assistance to licensees on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit to impose, in the following manner, namely:- (a) Grant of subventions. (b) Grant of loans. (c) Guarantee of repayment by a licensee of the amount of loan, or interest on loan or both the loan and the interest thereon. 54 of 1948.
