(1) The expenditure of the Commission shall be charged upon the Consolidated Fund of the State. (2) The Commission may also levy on licensees and other persons seeking any approval, consent, order or directions from the Commission or making any other application to the Commission such fees and charges as the Commission may specify in the regulations and utilise the amounts collected thereof towards meeting the expenses of the Commission.
