The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna V erma Kachchh University Act, 2003 (Guj. 5 of 2003). (1) In section 2, clause (y) shall be deleted; (2) in section 36, after the words "Private Secondary School" wherever they occur, the words "or registered Private Higher Secondary School" shall be inserted; (3) sections 38, 39 and 40 shall be deleted.
