Cl) Ca) The Commission may appoint one or more committees consisting of not more than five of its rnernhers or members of a Council or both. for perforrning such of the functions or for exercising such of its powers as may be delegated by it (b) The Commission shall, while appointing a committee under clause Ca), designate one memba of the committee as the Chairperson of the committee. (2) The committee shall meet at such time and p and shall observe such mies of procedure with regard totransaction of its business at the meeting as may be determined by it, F&ws' 24.
