No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against and no damages shall be claimed from the Institute, the Director, the authorities or officers of the Institute or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or any Regulation made thereunder. ------------------- 1 For Statement of objects and reasons see Gujarat Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part V, dated the 21st February, 2003, Pages 5-25 and 26.
