(1) The Deans of the Institute shall be appointed by the Director, with the approval of the Chairman of the Board, from amongst the Faculty of the Institute. (2) The Deans shall assist the Director in managing the academic and other affairs of the Institute and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Regulations or be entrusted to them by the Director.
