(1) The Board of Governors of the institute shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) The President shall be the Chairman of the Board; (ii) two representatives of the Trust; (iii) Director of the Institute; (iv) two Deans of the Institute, by rotation, to be nominated by the Director; 5[(iv-a) Secretary to Government (Higher and Technical Education), Education Department, Government of Gujarat.].
