Indemnity. 19 3 The following Act of the Gujarat Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor on the 23rd March, 2005 is hereby published for general information. S.S. AN ACT to provide for the establishment of the Dharmsinh Desai University, Nadiad, Gujarat by law and to confer the status of a University thereon and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
