The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette and subject to such conditions, as it may think fit to impose, delegate— (a) any power exercisable by it under this Act except the power under sub-section (1) of section 153 and section 168 thereof to the Registrar ; (b) all or any of the powers of the Registrar under this Act to any committee constituted or to any co-operative federal society recognized under section 95 or to an officer of such society or to any Power to exempt societies from provisions of Act.
