In this Chapter unless the context otherwise requires,— (1) 66*“Land Development Bank”+ means a Co-operative Bank registered or deemed to be registered under this Act, and to which this Chapter applies; Definitions. [1962: Guj. X Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 (2) 67*“Primary Land Development Bank”+ means a 68[Land development Bank] recognized as 67[Primary Land Development Bank] by the Registrar; (3) 69*“State Land Development Bank”+ means a 2*Land development Bank] for the whole of the State of Gujarat and recognized as such by the Registrar.
