Repeal of Gujarat Ordinance No. II of 1960. 1 GUJARAT ACT No. V OF 1960.1* [THE GUJARAT CHARGED EXPEDIETURE ACT, 1960.] [22nd September 1960.] An Act to provide that certain expenditure shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State. WHEREAS it is expedient to declare certain expenditure to be charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State and to provide for other matters as hereinafter specified for the purpose hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Eleventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :–
