(I) The State Government shall, by notification in L'1e Official Gazette, establish an Authority to be called the «Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority". (2) The Authority shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and common seal and may sue or be sued in the said name and shall subject to the provisions of !his Act, be competent to acquire, hold and dispose of property both movable and immovable and to contract and do all things necessary for the purposes of this Act. (3) The headquarters of the Authority shall be at such place as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
