The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- Officers of Univerity. (a) the Chairman, (b) the President, (c) the Director, (d) the Deans. (e) the Registrar, and (f) such other officers in the service of the University, as may be declared by the regulations, to be the officers of the University.
