Notwithstanding anything contained in section 41 of the Hemachandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986, the rights conferred on the institution to the Hemachandracharya North Gujarat University as a College are hereby withdrawn as if it were an order of the State Government under sub-section (4) of the said section 41.
