Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Authority or, the authorised officer, as the case may be, pertaining, - (a) to section 4 may file an appeal before the Secretary, Animal Husbandry; and (b) to section 5 may file an appeal before an appropriate officer, in the manner as may be prescribed.
