(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Bovine Breeding (Regulation) Act, 2025. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat. (3) It shall apply to bovine in the first instance and to such animals, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify. (4) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
