Notwithstanding anything contained in the Court-fees Act, 1870 every application or appeal made under this Act to the Mamlatdar, Tribunal, 3[Collector, State Government] or 4[Gujarat Revenue Tribunal] shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
