Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to- (a) those Wakfs in certain areas of the State to which the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1954, have continued to apply; or (b) the Nanded Gurudwara, the administration of which is governed by the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act,
