The State Government may appoint a new member, when a member of a committee- (a) resigns or dies; (b) is for a continuous period of six months absent from India without leave of the Charity Commissioner; (c) leaves India for the purpose of residing abroad; (d) desires to be discharged; (e) refuses to act; or Disqualification of membership.
