No person shall be appointed, nominated or, as the case may be, co-opted,- (i) as an officer referi-ed to ill clauses (iv) to (ix) of section l 0: (ii) on the post of a teacher; or (iii) as a member of any of the authorities of the University, any committee or any other board or body thereof, after he allai ns the age of 62 years: Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to the Chairperson or a member of any of the authorities of the Universi1y, 15-ll Officer.s of University.
