(I) No officer or employee or member of the teaching, non-teaching and other academic staff of the University shall be dismissed or removed or reduced in rm1k except after an inquiry in which he has been informed of the charges against him and given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in respect of those charges. (2) An appeal against an order of dismissal, removal or reduction in rank ltl1der sub-section (I) or of termination of service shall be made to the 17- 19 19 of 192S. 45 of 1860. 17-20 GUJARATGOVERNMENTGAZETlE, EX. 08-10-2018 I PART IV Chairman within ninety days from the date of communicatioa of such order and the decision of the Chairman in such appeal shall be final.
