The Advisory Council shall advise the Board in relation to: (i) (ii) matters related to research focus, infrastmctlU'e mid campus development, internationaliwtion of rhe activities and programs, technology enhanced curriculum and pedagogy, teclmology commercialization, intellectual property rights policy, protection of inventions, and licensing of University-owned technology, procedures and functions; matters of strategic vision, direction and partnerships for the University, global and national tic ups, research collaborations at institution level, program diversification.
