In section 10,— (a) in sub-section (1),— (i) the words "and the Faculty" shall be deleted; (ii) the words "or the Faculty, as the case may be" shall be deleted; (iii) the words "or, as the case may be, Faculty" and the words" or, as the case may be, the Faculty" occurring in the proviso shall be deleted.
