The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Syndicate and shall be submitted to the Senate on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and shall be considered by the Senate at the annual meeting. The Senate may pass resolutions thereon and communicate the same to the Syndicate which may take such action as it thinks fit, and the Syndicate shall inform the senate at its next meeting of the action taken by it or of its reasons for taking no action. CHAPTER XI. SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS.
