(1) The Director of Pharmacy, the Director of Botanical Garden and other officers of the University referred to in clause (vi) of section 8 shall be appointed in accordance with the Statutes. (2) The terms and conditions of service of the officers specified in sub-section (1) and their powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Ordinances. CHAPTER IV.
