(1) Whoever contravention or abets the contravention of, the provisions of section 3 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both. (2) Whoever contravenes, or abets the contravention of the provisions of section 4 or 5 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to three hundred rupees or with both.
