No act or proceedings of the Ambaji Pilgrimage Tourism Authority and any of its committees shall be invalidated or vitiated merely by reason of – (a) a vacancy therein or any defect in the constitution thereof, or (b) an irregularity in its procedure not affecting the merits of the case.
