(1) With respect to teaching of agriculture and allied sciences at the University or college level and research and extension education programme in the field of agriculture, the territorial jurisdiction and responsibility of the University shall extend to the University area. (2) The University may assume responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of all institutions imparting terminal training including training of field extension staff such as State agricultural schools, Gramsevak training centers and stockmen training classes, at all levels of education in agriculture. (3) All colleges, research and experimental stations or other institutions coming under the jurisdiction and authority of the University shall consist of constituent units of the University under the management and control of the University. (4) No educational institution imparting education in agriculture and allied sciences or conducting and guiding research in agriculture or conducting and guiding programmes of extension education and situate Territorial jurisdiction. 9 9 within the University area shall, save with the consent of the University and the sanction of the State Government, be associated in any way with, or seek admission to any of the privileges of, any other University established by law.
