(1) The University shall include Faculties of agriculture and allied sciences and such other Faculties as may be prescribed. (2) Each Faculty shall comprise of such subjects as may be prescribed. (3) The constitution, powers and duties of the Faculties referred to in sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
