(1) The State Government shall appoint a Managing Director of the Board who shall also be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. (2) The Board may appoint such other officers and servants subordinate to the Chief Executive Officer as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its duties and functions. (3) The condition of appointment and service of the officers and servants and their scale of pay shall— Cessation of membership. Vacancies how to be filled. Temporary absence of chairman.
