(1) There shall be an administrative committee, consisting of the following members, namely :— (a) The Advocate-General, Gujarat State….Ex-Officio (b) The Secretary and Remembrancer of Legal Affairs….Ex-Officio to Government of Gujarat, Legal Department. (c) The Chairman of the Bar Council of Gujarat. .. Ex-Officio (d)The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the….Ex-Officio Bar Council. (e)Three members to be nominated by the Bar Council--from amongst its members. (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Administrative Committee shall be as provided by this Act and by regulations.
