(1) If the Bar Council recommends to the State Government to increase the rate of benefit specified in the Schedule, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, amend the said Schedule so as to increase the rate of benefit as recommended and on the issue of such notification, the said Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly. (2) Every such notification shall, as soon as possible after it is issued, be laid before the State Legislature. Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Court.
