(1) Every Bar Association shall, on or before the 3lst January, every year, intimate to the Bat Council a list of its members as on the 31st December of the previous year. (2) Every Bar Association shall intimate to the Bar Council— (a) any change of the office bearers of the Association within thirty days from such change; Periodical and annual reports to be sent to Government Maintenance of accounts and audit. 1 of 1956. Recognition and registration of Bar Association Duties of Bar Association. (b) any change in the membership, including admissions and re-admissions in sixty days of such change, (c) the death, retirement, suspension, cessation of practice of any of its members within ninety days from the date of occurrence thereof; and (d) such other matter as may be prescribed or required by the Bar Council from time to time. CHAPTER IV. Membership in the Fund and Payment therefrom.
