All cases which are not favourably considered by the Full Court shall be reviewed/reconsidered after the expiry of two years from the date of the decision of the Full Court by following the procedure applicable at that time. Provided that this will not prevent the Advocate from making an application to a High Court for designation as a Senior Advocate.
