Directors, officers and staff of Corporation to be public servants.— All directors, officers and servants of the Corporation shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
