Acquisition of land for the Corporation to be a public purpose.— Any land required by the Corporation for carrying out any of its functions under this Act shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose and may be acquired under the provisions of the Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013), or any other law for the time being in force.
