Protection of action taken in good faith.— No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the local authority or any officer or other employee of the Government or any other person authorized by the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
