Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) “Board” means the Goa Services Board constituted under section 3 of this Act; (b) “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Board; (c) “Competent Authority” means the Chief Minister of the State of Goa; (d) “Government” means the Government of Goa; (e) “member” means a member of the Board; -2- (f) “Official Gazette” means the Official Gazette of the Government.
