Consent of Government to the publication of notice of preparation of Development Plan.— (1) As soon as may be, after a Development Plan has been submitted to the Government, but not later than the time prescribed, the Government may direct the Planning and Development Authority to make such modifications in the Development Plan as it thinks fit and thereupon the Planning and Development Authority shall make such modifications. (2) The Government shall, after the modifications, if any, directed by it, have been made, give its approval to the publication of the notice of preparation of a Development Plan under section 35.
