Delegation of powers of Corporation.— The Corporation may, through the Managing Director of the Corporation and with the previous approval of the State Government, delegate any of it’s powers under this Act to any officer of the State Government or to any of it’s officers and to permit them to re-delegate specific powers to their subordinates, by general or special order in this behalf.
