Executive Committee.— (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following:— (a) Person to be appointed by the — Chairman State Government or in his absence Additional Chief Engineer (Irrigation Project) (b) Joint Managing Director of the — Vice-Chairman Corporation (c) Chief Accounts and — Member Finance Officer of the Corporation (d) Executive Engineer, Works — Member- Division-VIII Secretary (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations. -4-
