Authentication of orders, etc. of the Corporation.— All proceedings of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Chairman and all orders and instruments of the Corporation, shall be authenticated by the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer of the Corporation as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
