Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) “Court Fees Act” means the Goa Court Fees Act, 2024 (Goa Act No. 15 of 2024); (b) “Government” means the Government of Goa; (c) “High Court” means the High Court of Bombay at Goa.
