Accretion upon renunciation of the inheritance.— Where the nearer relatives renounce the inheritance, or are incapable of succeeding, the said inheritance shall devolve on the relatives of the next degree; but where only some of the co-heirs renounce their shares, such shares shall be added to the shares of the other co-heirs within the same group. ---13---
