Bonafide satisfaction of the legacies.— If a will is declared null or is annulled after the satisfaction of the legacies made in good faith, the presumptive heir is discharged of his obligation towards the true heir, by handing over the remainder of the inheritance to the true heir, without prejudice to the rights of the latter against the legatees.
